Personal Training

If you don't want to go to the gym, personal training is a perfect solution to achieve sporting success with simple means to improve your fitness and endurance, and also to improve your looks.

Individual support and solutions come first. The most important goal is to improve your athletic skills in a healthy way.

The focus is on full body exercises with functional and physiologically correct movement patterns.
The training takes place at customers' homes or outdoors, in parks in the area.

Alexander Stössl who heads the training is, in addition to his therapeutic skills, a graduated sports and fitness coach. Further educations include sling training and working with kettlebells.

His athletic Vita includes several Austrian National Championship titles in American Football, several years of experience in self-defense and martial arts, as well as participating in triathlons, extreme running events and long-distance swimming competitions.
